Eclipses and the Moon Photo Gallery I picked up photography with the european solar eclipse of 1999. Years later and after many attempts I finally got it right a second time with a lunar eclipse. A 400D, a 70-200 F2.8 lens with a 2x Converter, cable release, tripod and cooperating weather conditions finally did the job.
