April 2010 Iceland Eruptions A last minute trip to the 2010 Iceland eruptions turned out successful. It was an awesome experience being so close to the volcanic action. High winds and freezing temperatures of minus 15 °C made photographing the eruptions a real challenge ! --> July 2009 Media I got some attention in the English press --> November 2008 Hawaii Eruptions I travelled to the Hawaiian Big Island with the active Mt Kilauea volcano.
